Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprises serving small and medium-sized businesses make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will take ownership of the core application and its API, translating complex customer needs and business objectives into scalable product solutions. Working closely with founders, senior leadership, developers, and cross-functional teams, you will influence product direction from an early stage in a fast-growing environment. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that product priorities deliver measurable business value. Through customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis, you will identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution across the SaaS application and API, ensuring that customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives remain aligned. Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the SaaS application and API, overseeing their ongoing development, performance, and evolution.

• Define and execute short-term and long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the products under your responsibility.

• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional product teams to deliver solutions that maximize the application's contribution to business goals.

• Engage directly with customers, users, and internal stakeholders to understand their challenges, map user needs, and prioritize product opportunities.

• Translate high-level customer requirements, particularly those involving data-focused applications, into clear product specifications and actionable development priorities.

• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity, turning ideas and business needs into practical systems, tools, and product features.

• Establish priorities, coordinate dependencies, and communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs to relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

• Equip, train, and educate sales teams on product capabilities, updates, and data-driven solutions to strengthen customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

• Apply established product management methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS product leader with strong analytical capabilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams. You should be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on product execution in a fast-growing environment. The following qualifications are required:

• Based in the United States or Canada.

• At least five years of experience in product management, including responsibility for B2B enterprise SaaS products.

• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and prospects to uncover business challenges, validate needs, and identify product opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed, data-driven product decisions.

• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, defining roadmaps, and prioritizing initiatives based on customer value and business objectives.

• Strong process orientation, with a track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and constraints.

• Comprehensive understanding of product development methodologies and the full product lifecycle.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for technical teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams around shared priorities.

• Experience working with data products or data-driven applications is an advantage.

• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
