Scope of Responsibility

Registered Nurses provide nursing care to a group of patients for a designated time frame and will routinely lead team of care providers.

Responsible to Director of Cath Lab

Education

• Associate Degree Nurse or Bachelor of Science Nursing
• Training and Experience
• Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
• Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
• Obtains and maintains ACLS, within 90 days of employment
• At least 1 year of critical care, ED or OR, experience, required
• Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures experience, preferred
• Health and Background Requirements
