PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL

Entry Level Movers

$16 – $20 per hour STARTING PAY

PAID TRAINING

No experience required

Experienced Movers & Drivers

Higher pay based on experience, leadership ability, and driving qualifications.

Drivers earn more

Crew Leads earn more

Management-track candidates earn more

Real Earnings Potential

With base pay + bonuses + tips, our movers regularly average:

$30 – $40+ per hour

Our customers tip generously for professionalism and hard work. High performers consistently earn strong money.

Load and unload furniture safely

Protect floors, walls, and customer property

EXPERIENCED MOVERS / CREW LEADS (Leadership Track)

If you’ve been in the moving industry and know how to run jobs professionally, we want to talk to you.

This is NOT entry-level.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading residential & commercial moves

Managing job execution (efficiency + protection + professionalism)

Coaching movers on-site

Customer communication & confidence-building

Solving problems before they become problems

Supporting load planning & daily operations

Enforcing systems and holding standards

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have real moving experience

Can lead without being a jerk

Stay calm under pressure

Take damage prevention seriously

Communicate clearly with customers & crew

Want growth beyond just “another moving job”

Must be 18+

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Working cell phone

Able to lift 100+ lbs

Professional appearance & attitude

Must pass background check

Drug-free on job sites
