We’re seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with prospects, educate them on coverage options, and assist them in finding the right insurance solutions. You’ll benefit from one-on-one training, a flexible schedule, and a team that supports your growth every step of the way. This is an opportunity with a clear path to promotion and leadership.

• Average first-year earnings between $35,000 and $40,000 (base plus commission and bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and past quotes
• Educate clients on policy options and recommend solutions
• Write new policies and help secure long-term coverage
• Collaborate with your team to meet individual and group goals

Requirements

• No prior experience or licensing required. We will train you!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and highly coachable

• Comfortable making phone calls and following up on leads
