Engineering Program Manager

Medtronic

Engineering Program Manager role at Medtronic leading quality improvement initiatives across the Peripheral Vascular Health business. Manages cross-functional programs spanning R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to enhance product quality, compliance, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional quality improvement programs across product lifecycle and manufacturing operations
Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive implementation of quality strategy and AI integration programs across multiple manufacturing sites
Prepare and deliver executive-level updates and strategic recommendations to leadership
Champion quality culture and drive adoption of continuous improvement best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive execution across matrixed organizations
Experience with structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
Project and program management expertise across complex cross-functional initiatives
Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
