Your Role Awaits

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions while collaborating with physicians or independently (depending on your credentials)
• Guiding patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and disease management
• Prescribing treatments and medications within your practice scope
• Participating in follow-up care and chronic disease management
• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care
• Documenting detailed and precise records in electronic medical systems (EMR)

Qualifications for Success

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
