Guest Services Concierge
We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused Guest Services Concierge to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families, we'd love to hear from you. Currently hiring PT morning shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents, visitors, and family members with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist with serving meals to residents.
- Answer calls from residents and their family members promptly and courteously.
- Prepare resident rooms for new admissions.
- Help ensure the comfort, satisfaction, and overall positive experience of residents and guests.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting the care team as needed.
Compensation: $17-$18/ hour and determined based on your experience.
Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
- Experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work every Weekends
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
