Leasing Specialist

Job Overview Exxir Capital is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team in the vibrant Bishop Arts District. As a Leasing Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping them find their next home while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily leasing operations. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with positive communication skills and proper phone etiquette Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and detailed information about available apartments Process rental applications, lease agreements, and related documentation Maintain accurate records using property management software Support marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep and address tenant concerns promptly Ensure the leasing office and model units are presented professionally at all times Qualifications Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with property management software preferred (AppFolio experience is a plus) Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally Team & Leadership Qualities Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and management Strong interpersonal skills when working with residents, coworkers, and corporate leadership Willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and community Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 50% rental discount for on-site living Opportunity to work in one of Dallas’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods Professional growth opportunities within a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr Exxir
