Emerald ENT is a growing Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat) practice dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a professional, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our clinical team and help us deliver exceptional care to patients of all ages. What You’ll Do As a Medical Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our physicians and advanced practice providers by: Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists Preparing exam rooms and ensuring clinical areas remain clean, stocked, and organized Assisting providers with ENT procedures and treatments Performing clinical tasks such as injections, allergy testing, and patient education (training provided as needed) Documenting patient information accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR) Coordinating referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments Answering patient questions and providing exceptional customer service Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards Collaborating with providers and staff to ensure efficient clinic operations Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant experience in a physician office or outpatient clinic Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience Preferred Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification Experience in ENT, Allergy, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or a specialty practice Phlebotomy and injection experience Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Opportunities for professional growth and specialty training Supportive team culture focused on excellence in patient care Why Join Emerald ENT?
