Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Saint Augustine, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare-focused university location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:30 PM - 10:30 PMThur02:30 PM - 10:30 PMSat06:30 AM - 02:30 PMSun06:30 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and healthcare-related personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, healthcare-related areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor activity while supporting a professional, welcoming environment for the campus community. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
