Description Senior Craft Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for field operations. This position is ideal for a recruiter who has successfully sourced and hired CDL drivers and utility field personnel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Recruit for positions including: CDL Class A Drivers CDL Class B Drivers Hydrovac Operators CCTV & Locators Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools. Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage a high-volume requisition workload while providing an excellent candidate experience. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting within the utility, hydro excavation, pipeline, construction, or related industries. Proven success recruiting CDL Class A and B drivers, Hydrovac Operators, and field personnel. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Fountain experience is a plus. Strong sourcing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer Competitive compensation. Weekly pay.
