Discover what to expect during your journey as a candidate with us. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support Air Force systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of Air Force information systems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain compliance and implement cybersecurity best practices. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in information systems security or cybersecurity Experience supporting and securing Air Force or DoD systems Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD cybersecurity policies Ability to assess, document, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science field DoD 8570.01 M-IAT II certification such as Security+ CE, CCNA Security, or GSEC Secret clearance Nice to Have Experience with cloud security and emerging technologies Experience with classified environments and secure facility operations Experience in leadership or team management Knowledge of Air Force-specific cybersecurity requirements and tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CAP Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary at Booz Allen is $99,000 to $225,000 (annualized). The projected compensation range reflects typical salaries for this position. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
