Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 07/26/2026 for a 12-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $730–$737 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts, 06:00–18:30.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately and timely.
- Monitor residents’ health status, observe for changes, and report findings to the supervising RN.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and other basic nursing tasks within scope of practice.
- Assist with routine nursing procedures and monitoring, including care planning and interventions as directed.
- Maintain clear, concise, and complete patient records; ensure effective handoffs between shifts.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (06:00–18:30) and meet a guaranteed 36-hour work week.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.
