Dans le cadre dun remplacement , nous recherchons pour notre site de production dAubenas (07) un(e) Responsable Technique en CDI.
Vos missions
Rattach(e) au Directeur dusine , vous pilotez lensemble des activits techniques dans le respect des exigences BPF/BPD .
Votre objectif principal est de garantir la performance, la disponibilit et loptimisation des installations , tout en matrisant les cots et en assurant les standards Qualit, HSE et rglementaires .
Vos responsabilits principales
Manager et organiser lquipe technique (maintenance, travaux neufs, mthodes, validation, qualification et mtrologie).
Garantir la disponibilit, la fiabilit et la scurit des quipements de production
Piloter la maintenance prventive et curative
Contribuer lamlioration continue, loptimisation des cots et la performance industrielle
Veiller au respect des normes de scurit, qualit et environnement
Participer aux projets dinvestissement et dvolution industrielle
Profil souhait et comptences
Diplme Ingnieur ou quivalent (Bac+5)
Exprience confirme ( 5 ans) en management dquipe technique en environnement industriel
Connaissance des exigences pharmaceutiques (BPF/GMP)
Comptences en gestion de projet, gestion budgtaire et performance industrielle
Anglais professionnel
Leadership, esprit collaboratif, rigueur, sens de lorganisation et esprit damlioration continue
