Job Code: 2026-ETA-033 Location: Paducah, KY Job Description Coordinate with IT Operations and cyber staff to prepare policies, procedures and documentation required to define SOP and other process control documents. Support the cyber‑security operations team in continuous monitoring using security monitoring tools such as Splunk, Forcepoint and Crowdstrike. Identify and isolate system threats, conduct investigations for cyber security incidents of concern (IoC), troubleshoot cyber tools and platforms, document security findings and prepare assessment reports. Support Risk Management Framework documentation including continuous monitoring and annual RMF controls reviews across multiple ATO‑accredited information system domain boundaries on NIST 800 series compliant systems. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in an IT related subject from an accredited university and three years of experience in an operational cyber security role, or five years of experience and a cyber security related professional certification. Knowledge of NIST and CNSS cyber security requirements and guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD‑12) ID. Preferred Qualifications Strong process control and SOP background. Solid written and technical communication skills and proficiency developing IT and cyber procedures. Prior experience with RMF control templates, overlays, and narratives. Duration Direct Hire Federal Government Clearance This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. A background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
