Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based Physical Medicine, Therapy, and Rehab department.

Job Details

• Outpatient setting within a Physical Medicine, Therapy Rehab department,
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
• 13-week assignment length,

Job Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable,
• Certifications must be current and not expired for consideration,
• Two professional references required,
• Valid Social Security Number required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted),

Additional Information

• Candidates must clear compliance requirements by the facility's due date to remain eligible for the assignment,
• Travelers who previously worked at any CHRISTUS Health System facility in a non-travel role must have a 6-month separation period before starting a new travel assignment,
• Local candidates may be accepted only when explicitly designated for the position,
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies for local candidate eligibility
