They are looking to add an Administrator Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for a branch located near Metro Omaha, NE area . A Clinician (RN or PT) is preferred. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Administrator Home Health Operations Requirements Home Health operations leadership experience RN preferred. Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM. Must be able to travel. Administrator Home Health Operations Responsibilities Oversite of Home Health operations in the territory. Oversite of directly reporting directors. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
