Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our full-time outpatient team. This remote role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and families managing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Through the application of evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans, you will engage with clients to foster positive outcomes and enhance their mental well-being.

Work Environment\nThis position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you the freedom to provide services from an environment that best suits your productivity and comfort. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required depending on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to foster community, share coping strategies, and address common mental health issues. \n
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity in treatment. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. \n
- Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options available, and connect them to relevant community resources. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. \n
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to remain informed of best practices in mental health care. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n
- Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. \n
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies. \n
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and empathy in all client interactions. \n
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries within therapeutic relationships. \n
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technological tools. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. \n

- A minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in outpatient settings. \n
- Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops is advantageous. \n
- Knowledge of local community resources and referral systems is beneficial. \n
