What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Shift Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Supervising and supporting team members during your shift to maintain a positive and productive work environment. - Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly. - Assisting with daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness. - Leading by example and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. - Communicating effectively with management to provide updates on shift performance and any challenges.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you’ll need: - 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position, preferably in a customer-facing environment. - Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively. - A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with confidence. - A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and motivating others to do the same.
