Affiliate Marketing Specialist
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing ExampleCorp's affiliate marketing programs. The Specialist will recruit new affiliates, negotiate commission rates, and establish partnerships. This role is critical in driving sales and growth for ExampleCorp. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be based in ExampleCorp's headquarters in Anytown, USA.
Key Responsibilities
The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:
- Identify potential affiliate partners.
- Recruit new affiliate partners.
- Onboard new affiliate partners.
- Monitor affiliate partner activity.
- Provide support to affiliate partners.
- Generate monthly reports on affiliate partner performance.
- Make recommendations on affiliate partner strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience with affiliate marketing software and tools, including but not limited to tracking links, creatives, and reporting
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing
