We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics that provide comprehensive, full‑service outpatient mental health services in Florida through both in‑person and virtual visits on a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, and neuropsychological testing. The team comprises psychiatrists, clinical and neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating every patient with compassion and respect and striving for individualized care. Qualifications Candidate must have a master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy. Candidate must have an active Florida license. Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Job Responsibilities Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services. Conduct psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain current knowledge of advances in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development. Compensation Package Excellent base compensation. Monthly productivity bonus. Quarterly performance bonus. Additional day for additional pay (up to $17,500 additional per year). Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation.
