Warehouse Lead (KY, Owensboro)

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to help lead daily warehouse operations and keep our team running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll help direct warehouse associates, organize daily work, maintain inventory accuracy, and make sure customer orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead and direct warehouse associates throughout the shift.
• Assign daily tasks and keep the team on schedule.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Check orders and inventory for accuracy.
• Train and support new warehouse associates.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow and reinforce all company safety procedures.
• Communicate inventory, staffing, or operational issues to management.
• Work alongside the team to complete daily warehouse goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous lead or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Inventory or warehouse management system experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
