Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Overview Are you an experienced electrical engineer who loves leadership and technical work? A growing engineering firm is looking for a Senior Electrical Team Leader to manage complex projects and build a skilled engineering team. What Makes This Role Stand Out: Take charge of large-scale, technically challenging projects from kick-off to handover. Lead and mentor talented engineers while developing high-quality technical documents, specifications, and ensuring great construction administration. Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, schedule, and direction. Enjoy a hybrid work environment with a minimum of two in-office days per week, plus opportunities for travel and face-to-face collaboration.
