We are our employees' biggest fans, and it is our daily mission to attract, develop, and retain the brightest stars in the business.Essential Responsibilities:Understanding sales terms and functionsEntering orders received from our National Rep Firm and agenciesMonitoring and helping to execute all national and corporate sales orders and campaignsProcessing make-goods and exceptions for national and corporate orders which will in many cases entail working closely with the traffic departmentCommunicating regularly with our National Rep Firm and agencies via email and phoneEngaging with and monitoring the National Rep Firm order systemCreating presentations, sales kits and recaps primarily for national use Must have reasonable knowledge of and experience with PowerPointParticipating in local market sales, promotions, and programming meetings as requested in order to represent national sales and to bring opportunities for revenue generation back to the National Sales teamManaging National Sales Pending Reports on an ongoing basisAssist in collections with national agencies and accountsProviding clerical support including filing of contractsAssisting with national promotions such as remotes and eventsEntering digital orders and digital components into Ando or similar systemAssisting with receptionist desk duties when neededKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Flexible schedule, with the ability and willingness to work varied hours on the weekdays, and weekendsExcellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage timeSelf-starter, with the ability to take and follow directionExcellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the station's clients and listenersCan work well independently and as an integral part of the teamEducation and/or Experience:Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
