Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in Issaquah, Washington. This role involves providing perioperative patient care within a busy surgical unit specializing in orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, and spine procedures. The candidate will support a variety of surgical cases and assist with both inpatient and outpatient surgeries in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Issaquah, Washington
• Shift: 8-hour shifts, on-call shifts are 12 hours. Weekdays are 7 pm to 7 am; weekends/holidays are 7 pm to 7 am or 7 am to 7 pm.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Years of Experience Required: 2.0 years
• Certifications: ACLS*, BLS (*Preferred)
• Required Qualifications: 2 Years of Experience, Certification in ACLS, BLS, prior charge experience, community hospital EMR knowledge.
• Special Procedures: Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Appendectomy, Arthroscopy, Bilateral tubal ligation, Breast augmentation, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Colorectal robotic surgery, Conscious sedation monitoring, Cystoscopy, Dilation & curettage, Endoscopic sinus procedures, Free Flap Microvascular, Gynecologic robotic surgery, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laminectomy/discectomy, Laparoscopic procedures, Laryngectomy, Lumbar fusion, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, Nephrectomy, Neurological robotic surgery, Open reduction of fractures, Orthopedic/spine surgeries, Otolaryngologic robotic surgery, Prostatectomy, Radical neck dissection, Scrub arthroscopic surgeries, ENT surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, Robotic surgeries, Trauma surgery, Vascular surgery, Thyroidectomy, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, TransOral Robotic Surgery, Total joint replacement, Tracheostomy, Transurethral resection of the prostate, Urologic robotic surgery, Sports medicine procedures, Wound Vac, Epidural pumps.
• Equipment & Procedures: Administration of blood & blood products, Drains, Epidural pumps, PICC lines, Vascular devices, Wound vacs, Robotics.
• Additional Information: Previous perm staff are not permitted to work here as travelersno exceptions. Any Swedish perm staff is a hard stop for all OR unit and OR specialties.
• Submission Requirements: Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, including charge RNs or lead staff.
