Licensed Residential Electrician

Codispoti Electrical is hiring a licensed residential electrician to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing residential electrical company focused on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position with a company work van provided. Our work consists primarily of residential remodels and new construction projects throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, experienced, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism on every job. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to run jobs, take on more responsibility, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work on residential remodels and new construction projects
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and up to code
• Work independently and manage job responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Represent the company with strong customer service and attention to detail

Requirements

• Massachusetts electrical license required
• Clean driving record required
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Residential electrical experience strongly preferred
