If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Growth Technology Platforms to join our Clients and Markets organization.Responsibilities:Lead the product strategy and roadmap for KPMG's growth technology platforms, spanning CRM, seller and sales leader experiences, revenue intelligence, data, AI, and supporting sales technologies; Translate seller, sales leader, and business needs into intuitive technology experiences, balancing near-term business priorities with a longer-term platform visionGuide a team of product owners responsible for translating business needs into clear product roadmaps, priorities, capabilities, and measurable outcomesOwn the evolution of the firm's core sales technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM, with a focus on simplifying how sellers work, improving client and account intelligence, and creating connected experiences across the sales lifecyclePartner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Data, and AI leaders to define how platforms should work together and ensure capabilities are integrated, scalable, secure, and aligned to the broader technology architectureAdvance AI-enabled sales experiences, including account and opportunity intelligence, relationship insights, recommendations, next-best actions, and intelligent workflow automationDrive product adoption and value realization by establishing clear measures for user experience, adoption, productivity, business impact, and platform performanceStay current on emerging technologies and market developments across CRM, sales technology, AI, and data platforms, identifying opportunities to simplify the technology landscape and introduce new capabilitiesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum ten years of recent experience in revenue operations (RevOps), sales technology, or a related product management field, with a proven track record of aligning marketing and sales technologyBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, sales operations, marketing, or a related field requiredDeep expertise in Salesforce CRM Strategy and product portfolio managementStrong understanding of modern data platforms (for example Databricks), AI, and revenue intelligenceProven ability to lead and manage a team of product owners or technology strategistsExceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior sales and technology leaders to drive a product roadmapApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
