Bilingual P&C Insurance Agent (Spanish)

Position Overview Dallas, TX. Spanish bilingual insurance agent. Provide full‑cycle customer service and sales for property and casualty coverage. Must hold a P&C license. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts courteous, timely and professional. Escalate issues as needed and resolve to first contact when possible. Use knowledge base, policies and procedures to answer questions and sell appropriate products. Document and process customer orders accurately. Maintain records and follow all scripts, policies and procedures. Attend meetings, training and stay up‑to‑date on program changes. Maintain attendance and work schedule requirements. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills. Typing speed 20+ words per minute. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic understanding of Windows operating system. Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality. Problem‑solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Customer‑service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious). Ability to multi‑task, stay focused and self‑manage. Strong team orientation and customer focus. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with change and ambiguity. Preferred (Not Required) One year of experience in customer service or contact‑center support. State or federal location experience. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the United States. Require Level II background check with fingerprint. Require drug screening.
