PeopleShare is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Document Processor in West Chester, PA. This position plays a critical role in the accurate processing of customer payments and financial documents. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Document Processor Job Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday,6:00am to 2:30pm Pay Rate: $17 Document Processor Job Description: Receive, sort, and prepare incoming mail and payment documents for processing. Open and review mail while ensuring compliance with company procedures and security protocols. Accurately process checks, remittance documents, and associated payment information. Verify payment amounts, customer information, and supporting documentation. Scan, index, and electronically archive financial documents.
