What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically possess:

• Experience in property management, preferably within affordable housing or multifamily communities
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including HUD, LIHTC, Rural Development, and other regulatory requirements
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, occupancy management, and property operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi experience is a plus)
• A commitment to resident engagement and community-building
