Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a 317-bed acute-care hospital
• Deliver emergency nursing care across a broad patient population, including trauma and neurological cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, background check standards, and required learning modules prior to and during assignment
• Complete required documentation and skills checklists in accordance with facility and credentialing standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments at Arizona facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in trauma-designated facilities with familiarity documenting trauma level and bed count on resume
• Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments to support faster placement
