Education Program Specialist

Overview As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You will serve in classroom settings, help schools reach fundraising goals, and positively impact students. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Teach and present character curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and administrators. Learn and apply Booster's business models and principles. Act as part of a team that models fitness, leadership, and character. Qualifications Excellent communication skills when interacting with students, faculty, and staff. Positive, optimistic attitude with enthusiasm and intentionality. Growth mindset and continual desire to learn. Strong judgment, self‑awareness, and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented and reliable to complete tasks in a timely manner. Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster's background and motor vehicle checks. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and remain active on campus.
