Nurse Manager

Overview Compass Associates are delighted to continue searching on behalf of a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for a Nurse Manager in Georgia. This facility is designed for children, adolescents and adults offering IP, Res, PHP, IOP and OP. This provision specializes in providing exceptional care for people of all ages within behavioral health. The facility is led by an Executive Director who focuses on personalized care and tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs. Some treatments include group psychotherapy, family therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, education and more. Responsibilities Mentor and coach the nursing staff to ensure high performance of the team and direct reports. Train and develop the nursing team and provide relevant training. Collaborate with the BHT Manager and the Executive Director to address nursing staffing issues and on-site needs. Report to the Executive Director and participate in on-call rotations as part of the duties. Qualifications Qualified RN within the state of Georgia. Experience supervising / managing a team. Compensation Package Salary is between $100,000 - $115,000, depending upon experience. This range is provided by Compass Associates. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. Some evenings and overnights may be required as needed. The Nurse Manager will be part of the on-call rota.
