Ravenwood Health is looking for a receptionist to help manage our front desk, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, make appointments and provide a friendly experience for our clients. Making a positive first impression with all our clients is our goal. Receptionist Job Duties: Greet clients and directly them appropriately. Verify clients demographic and insurance information. Collect copays, deductibles, and balances at the time of visit. Collaborate with other departments. Function as an arm of the billing team Work with the billing coordinator on process improvement. Travel and perform job duties at other practice sites as necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience working in a front office preferred but not required. Previous experience with a multi-line phone system. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively. A general enjoyment of working with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
