Description Recreational Therapist at Providence PACE in the West Seattle, WA area. Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day shift Job Description: The Recreational Therapist provides a variety of therapeutic social, recreational and diversional events for participants. Conducts individual assessment to identify the participants' individual interests/needs. Develops and implements an appropriate variety of individual and group activities. Participates in interdisciplinary care planning. Coordinates the recreation documentation for her/his assigned group of participants. Assists with training and supervising assigned volunteers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Therapy National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire Washington Recreational Therapist Registration upon hire.
