About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Trade Floor Support, who will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of in-house trading systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and maintaining software applications, conducting system checks, and responding to issues raised by investment and middle office teams. This role also involves performing QA testing for new functionalities, diagnosing and resolving production issues, and building alerting tools for system performance analysis. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires interaction with portfolio managers and the ability to handle complex problems effectively. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, with 1-4 years' experience in a production support role. Proficiency in Python and debugging is a must, as is experience in supporting front office operations.
