Pavletic Eye Care is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Optician to join our growing private practice. If you enjoy helping patients see and look their best while working in a supportive, team-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and ophthalmic lenses that fit their lifestyle and prescription needs.
• Take accurate frame and facial measurements.
• Educate patients on lens designs, coatings, and specialty products.
• Adjust, repair, and dispense eyeglasses.
• Verify prescription accuracy and inspect completed eyewear.
• Process optical orders with laboratories and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve eyewear concerns.
• Maintain an organized, attractive optical gallery.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience preferred (certified opticians encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with insurance benefits is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
