Join our dynamic team at Access Sciences and be part of a company that values smart solutions, customer-centricity, excellence, and integrity.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum of 2 years of work experienceAdvanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologiesPrior scanning experience is a plusMust be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelvesSkills and Abilities:Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solutionMust have good oral and written communication skillsMust be dependableMust be able to follow instructionsMust be detail-orientedMust be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environmentMust maintain a professional pleasant manner when interacting with clients and coworkersNice to have:Experience with document capture software (Kofax or DataCap)Essential functions:As a Records Technician/Document Imaging Operator at Access Sciences, you will be diving into a world of document management like never before. From preparing documents for scanning to conducting quality control checks and maintaining scanning equipment, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth transition of physical records to electronic formats.
