Job Description
Caseload is a variety of outpatient, inpatient and nursing home. Will consider new graduate candidates.
Requirements: Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine and active BLS issued through American Heart Association Shift: Will consider 8 hour days; 8:00AM-5:00PM or 10 hour days; 7:00AM-6:00PM with an hour lunch.
Orientation: Will start on a Monday at 7:45am to coincide with orientation at Northern Maine Medical Center. Orientations occur on Monday every other week unless Monday is a recognized holiday. Northern Maine Medical Center (NMMC) is a modern, award winning, fully accredited, 49 bed acute care hospital offering a full range of acute care medical and mental health services including: surgical, pediatric, psychiatric, acute rehabilitation, and general medical services. The hospital also provides a state-of-the-art equipped 6-bed Intensive Care Unit for critically ill patients and offers an Adult inpatient Psychiatric Unit in Northern Maine. A 45-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility also services the St. John Valley at the Forest Hill Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center.
