Machine Operator

Location: San Diego, CA 92121 (Nancy Ridge Area)

Shift: 1st Shift 6 am to 2:30 pm $19.50 or 2nd Shift 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm $22

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team in San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, biotech, or warehouse experience who are looking to grow their careers in a clean, process-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Perform manual manufacturing and production tasks
Operate or assist with automated filling and production equipment
Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials and components
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production records, and work instructions
Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and training records
Assist with material handling and stocking production areas
Operate a pallet jack (training provided if needed)
Perform housekeeping and cleaning within the manufacturing/laboratory area
Work safely while maintaining quality and production standards

QualificationsRequired
