We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wood Shop Associate to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. If you have a passion for woodworking and experience in construction site and cabinet installation, we want to hear from you! This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are paramount.
Responsibilities- Assist in the construction and installation of cabinetry and other wood products on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the wood shop and on-site locations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize woodworking tools and machinery effectively and safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates and requirements.
- Proven experience in construction site installation and cabinet installation.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
