Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Two Maids of Malvern
Pay: Starting at $15/hour (Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM), with opportunities to earn additional income. Total Weekly Pay Potential: $700 - $1,000

About the Role:
Two Maids of Malvern is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our residential cleaning business. This dynamic role includes managing essential office functions, overseeing customer relations, and occasionally stepping in to assist with cleaning. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Open the office daily, ensuring a welcoming and organized start for our team.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain inventory.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries, manage complaints, perform quality control checks, and handle scheduling adjustments professionally.
• Scheduling: Oversee daily cleaning schedules to ensure smooth, efficient operations and optimized team utilization.
• Cleaning Assistance: Step in to help with cleaning assignments during high-demand periods or staff shortages.
• Team Support: Serve as a main point of contact for the team, training new members, offering guidance, and helping resolve any issues to promote employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in management (entry-level management accepted) and customer service is required.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
