Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (ANSYS & SolidWorks) Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems using industry-leading tools such as ANSYS and SolidWorks. You will collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, product, and quality teams to bring innovative products from concept to production. Job Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks Perform simulation and analysis using ANSYS (FEA, thermal, structural, etc.) Create detailed engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and BOMs Conduct design validation, testing, and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability Optimize designs for performance, cost, and reliability Support prototyping, testing, and product launches Maintain documentation in accordance with company and industry standards Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drafting Hands‑on experience with ANSYS for simulation and analysis Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems Experience with GD&T and engineering documentation standards Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices) Certification or advanced training in ANSYS or SolidWorks What We Offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
