Work indoors and outdoors in a residential apartment community, preparing apartments for new residents, completing maintenance repairs, and maintaining the property's buildings and grounds in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key requirements: Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and snow removal Previous experience with drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance repair Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls and be available for on-call duties Must be reliable and capable of independently maintaining a standalone property Ability to complete maintenance repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance Prepare apartment units for new residents, including repairs and basic remodeling tasks Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to lift 50lbs regularly Ability to perform physical labor, including walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen and background check Shifts: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM On-call required for emergencies after hours. Duration: Temp to hire Bonuses, PTO, and 401k offered once hired directly!
