What You'll Do As a Product Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by: Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly, professional manner. Learning about each customer's needs and helping them explore the best vehicle options. Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and benefits. Assisting with vehicle deliveries to ensure every customer leaves excited about their new purchase. Following up with customers to build lasting relationships. Collaborating with teammates in a positive, supportive environment focused on shared success. What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are: Friendly, positive, and personable. Strong communicators who enjoy helping others. Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn. Comfortable using technology and social media. Experienced in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales (preferred but not required). Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
