Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Teller (Full-Time, Onsite)
- Location: Fennimore, WI and Lancaster, WI
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., weekend rotation
As a Customer Service Representative/Teller, you'll be the friendly face customers depend on. You'll build meaningful relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help people feel confident about their financial decisions. This role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a positive impact in the community every day.
What You'll Do/Day to Day- Greet customers warmly and provide an outstanding in-branch service experience
- Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while balancing cash drawers daily
- Assist customers with account inquiries and help resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Educate customers on bank products, services and digital banking tools
