Cocktail Lounge Server

Job Description

One Eleven Martini Parlour is seeking enthusiastic Cocktail Lounge Servers to join our weekend team. Our ideal candidates are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute to the growth and welcoming atmosphere of the One Eleven Family. Candidates must commit to at least three shifts per week to qualify for our 401K plan. Shifts are a combination of Thursday-Friday-Saturday and/or Sunday.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and friendly customer service
Take and accurately process drink orders
Serve beverages efficiently and responsibly
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate tabs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
Engage guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
Upsell drinks and specials to enhance guest experience

\nCompany Description

At One Eleven Martini Parlour, you can: Come, Stay, and Escape. We serve wine, classic and contemporary martinis, cocktails, and small bites that pair with our enchanting libations. We have been compared to a "speakeasy" with our vintage decor and music selections. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of spirits and wine and bring this quality to our guest experience. We are a small venue, yet still a part of and enjoy the many celebrations that being in beautiful, downtown Lemont has to offer.
