Compensation: $20–$22/hour (based on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Support clients in maintaining independence at home
• Adapt to varying schedules and client needs

Caregiver Requirements:

• HCA or CNA certification preferred (we provide paid training if needed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a written competency test, drug screening, and background check
• Reliable, honest, and caring attitude with a passion for caregiving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
