About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant at Keystone, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a trusted resource for current ones. Working closely with our property management team, you’ll guide people through tours, applications, lease terms, and renewals, matching each resident with a home that fits their needs. We’re looking for someone professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented who enjoys helping people find a place they’ll love living.

What You’ll Do

• Lead property tours, follow up with prospects, and keep our contact management database up to date
• Respond promptly to inquiries and leads
• Process rental applications in line with all compliance requirements
• Prepare lease paperwork, execute new leases, and coordinate smooth move-ins
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals with current residents
• Plan and carry out marketing efforts to drive traffic and meet leasing goals
• Conduct property inspections
• Take on other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience as a leasing consultant in property management or real estate
• Experience managing leases at high-volume properties
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local rental regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• A track record of meeting targets
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members at every level

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Yardi
• Broad knowledge of property management rules and regulations

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in a professional office. The regular schedule is Monday through Saturday, with occasional additional days or hours depending on workload. The role involves daily use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.

Physical Requirements

This role regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, and driving, and occasionally requires stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, fine hand movements, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
