Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and direct PT care for an outpatient caseload averaging 8–10 patients per day
- Develop and monitor individualized therapy programs, including gait, balance, strength, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Implement orthopedics- or general outpatient protocols within a hospital-based rehab setting; document progress and modify plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and therapeutic goals; coordinate with the care team for discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and facility policies

Requirements
- Active licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts, Board of Allied Health Professionals
- CPR/AED certified
- 2+ years of outpatient PT experience
- Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital-based outpatient setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting October 5, 2026
